Families are the core building block for an America where freedom, prosperity and equality thrive. Individuals and families, not the government, make the best decisions regarding their health, education, jobs and welfare. Families no longer eat dinner together, if they do, they stare at screens. We must bring back “old fashioned” family values: communication, respect, quality time, reducing entitlement and narcissism. Getting the government out of our family life, and letting parents raise their children. We need to assist community programs and centers with bringing families together through activities, education and su.
Fight Addiction
The drug epidemic in the United States has become a national emergency. Opioid addiction and death rates in the U.S. and abroad have reached "epidemic" levels. The CDC's data reflects the incredible spike in overdoses caused by drugs containing opioids. As drugs keep pouring over our borders, and drug deaths are out of control. This administration solution is “Safe Injection locations”. Americans from all walks of life are struggling day to day with the disease of addiction. We must take action to reduce the number of additions, identify successful means of treatment and focus on prevention among adolescents.
Competitive Healthcare
Americans spend close to one out of every five dollars they earn on their healthcare. Insurance bills are confusing, hospital costs are shocking and there is very little transparency. Approximately 1 in 10 Americans, or 8.0%, don't have health insurance, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau Household Pulse Survey conducted in March 2022. Competition based on price and quality can help improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. Consumers need more transparency so they can make the best choices for themselves and their families.
Pro-Life with Exceptions
Dasha is pro-life, supports the heartbeat bill and ending the government funding to Planned Parenthood. Dasha believes in supporting and funding, pregnancy crisis centers, family resource organizations and funding for adoption. US Taxpayer dollars should not be utilized to support the abortion industry in the United States or abroad, as well as harvesting their body parts. There is no right to abortion secured by the Constitution, and we must protect the sanctity of life.
Education
Parents must take control over their children’s education, and not the School Board Unions. Parents should have a voice and a choice for the best school and an education platform for their children. Families in a higher economic bracket, have an opportunity to have access to private schools, though middle and lower income have very few choices. All children, despite of their socio-economic class deserve the best. The government should not have control, nor dictate and tie the hands of parents to access all options for their children’s education. Though college degrees are important, so are Tech-schools and Apprenticeship programs. The college loans are out of hand, and College Campus’ are turning in to Country Clubs. Statistically, only only 46% of college grads surveyed say they currently work in their field of study. Biden Administration is using our tax payer money for “College Loan Forgiveness”, using money of the tax payers who either payed offtheir loans, or who never took one out. If we are looking for equality, then a Trade worker should be treated and respected equally to a Doctor, Attorney or any other white collar worker.
